All USA orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or Fedex. All international orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex, DHL or other carrier. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. Certain European orders are printed and shipped in Latvia.
If you receive your item, and there is damage, or any other manufacturing defect, we will be happy to issue a replacement/refund. You must contact us within 3 business days after receiving your item to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please send an email, noting the damage, with accompanying photos to email@example.com, be sure to reference your order number.
To exchange an item it must have the original packaging, in as-new condition with both tags and printed receipt when returned. The customer is financially responsible for return shipping. Replacement/refund will not be issued until item(s) are received and inspected.
Purchased items will be shipped within 10 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 5 to 7. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please contact us.
